To effectively integrate voluntary workers’ forces with 3-in-1 methods of “corporation between governmental agencies”, “mobilize societal force”, and “higher monetary reward of offense report”, we established “Clean Home, Clean Neighborhood, and Green Life Webpage” also called as “Ecolife Webpage”. The establishment of this webpage successfully promoted total participation in home clean action. This webpage also became an information platform for recording the interactions between residents living in specified community with those living elsewhere and their efforts on keeping community clean.
